1. Introduction

• You must not already hold another active ev33 account. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party. Use of automated systems or bots is strictly forbidden.

3. Account Registration

All players must create a personal account to access ev33's full range of games and betting markets. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. ev33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

• Account holders are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• ev33 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, particularly where fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
• Players are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. This may include submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

False or misleading registration information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance, including bonuses and winnings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ev33 supports a variety of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make banking as convenient as possible for our players. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly in most cases.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days following successful KYC verification. ev33 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party or anonymous payment methods will not be accepted, and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• ev33 reserves the right to reverse or void transactions that are suspected to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

Currency for all transactions on ev33 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). All displayed balances, bonus amounts, and winnings are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ev33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.
• ev33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing claims subject to a rollover at the time of promotion termination will be honoured at ev33's sole discretion.
• Free spins winnings are capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as specified in the respective promotion. Winnings exceeding the cap will not be transferable to the real-money balance.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on ev33 — whether on cricket, football, kabaddi, live casino games, slots, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately in the relevant help section.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ev33 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except in cases of an obvious technical error acknowledged by the platform.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, suspended, or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's official rules and ev33's internal settlement guidelines. Decisions made by ev33's trading team regarding settlement are final.
• ev33 employs RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all applicable casino and slot games, ensuring that game outcomes are genuinely random and fair to all players.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Attempting to launder money, make fraudulent chargebacks, or process illegal transactions through the ev33 platform in any way.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on ev33 — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design of the platform — is the exclusive property of ev33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from ev33.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ev33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial loss incurred as a result of a bet or gaming session.

ev33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen outages may affect service availability. We will endeavour to give advance notice of planned downtime wherever possible. ev33 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of any service interruption.

Players agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction and expressly waive any objection to such forum on grounds of inconvenience or otherwise.
